Onboarding program for sales reps
In the first three months a new sales rep learns how selling is done at your company, or does not. In SalesDNA you create a program for the first 90 days per role, built on your own method. The new colleague follows it without an account, and every new program is better than the last.
90 days in five periods.
Per role a program for the first 90 days, in five periods: before day 1, week 1, month 1, month 2 and month 3.
- 01
Build
Parts with an owner, a training, building blocks to read and deliverables; AI suggests parts. You save a version.
- 02
Start and follow
For a new colleague, also straight from an offer. Steps on working days, tasks in panel 5, a buddy and a welcome email.
- 03
For the new colleague
A personal link without an account: per week what to read and do, with "Why you are reading this now", ticking off and asking a question.
- 04
Improve
Signals per part from progress and feedback, suggestions that create a new version, and the final review after 90 days.
Programs in progress keep the version they started with. Remarks from a final review go to panel 2 without a name.
Every program learns from the last.
Per part, SalesDNA looks across all new colleagues. Does it come too late, because new colleagues already missed it after 30 days? Does it get stuck, because half or more of the steps are late? Is it unclear, or does it work?
That leads to suggestions under Improve: a part earlier, a task beforehand for the manager, or removing it. Confirming immediately creates a new version, which you can put next to the previous one.
The final review after 90 days puts the agreements as a task in Conversation cycle. If someone came in through the hiring process, the development points from the scorecard are already in month 1 as extra steps. After onboarding comes the path per role from Sales development, with Coaching.

AI suggests parts. Names stay out.
Colleagues' names and email addresses are removed before onboarding feedback goes to AI. For the final review, names are removed too.
AI does
- Suggest parts for an onboarding program from your confirmed SalesDNA
- Look for the gaps in your SalesDNA in onboarding feedback after 30 and 90 days
- Put at most three additions per building block in panel 2, where there is friction
AI does not
- Change a program without your confirmation
- Process new colleagues' names
- Invent facts about your organization or copy sentences from the examples
Links without an account · always revocable
- 90 daysThe own program: only the own building blocks, read only. The link runs until 30 days after the final review.
- Day 30 and 90The onboarding feedback questions go out automatically. Each link is valid for 30 days.
- 1 yearOnboarding data is kept for a year; a daily task cleans up.
Building and starting are two permissions.
- Building: whoever edits building layer 6, so the owner, the HR administrator and the organization administrator
- Starting and following: the owner, the sales manager and HR. An onboarding track is personal data
- The new colleague: no account, but a personal link by email
Onboarding in 90 days on your own method
Why shadowing alone is not enough, and how you build up the first three months building layer by building layer. With a checklist to start with tomorrow.

What you want to know.
Does a new colleague need an account?
No. The new colleague receives a personal link by email and sees their own week there: what to read and do, ticking off, asking a question and preparing the final review. The link can be revoked.
What if we change the program while someone is already in it?
Then nothing changes for that colleague. Programs in progress keep the version they started with. The new version applies to whoever starts after that.
Who is responsible for the parts?
Every part has an owner. The steps fall on working days and appear as a task in panel 5. A buddy and a welcome email are part of it from the start.
What happens with the feedback from new colleagues?
After 30 and 90 days they indicate per building layer what was clear, unclear or missing. AI turns that into additions in panel 2, without names or email addresses. You decide what you adopt.
