Seven workspaces that build on your SalesDNA.
A workspace in SalesDNA is a screen next to Edit where you put your captured method to work: building profiles, hiring, onboarding, coaching, transferring knowledge and keeping notes. Seven building blocks have such a button to the right of Edit, leading to a workspace of their own that builds directly on your SalesDNA. What is finished there comes back into the building block as confirmed content. The workspaces in the building layer People are only for the owner, sales manager and HR, because they are about people.
From profile to departure.
The workspaces follow the path of a colleague: you describe the role, you hire, you onboard, you coach on the learning points from the yearly schedule, and when someone leaves you transfer their knowledge. Meanwhile the notes keep the conversation with your team going. Every workspace reads your confirmed SalesDNA and puts what is finished back into the building block as confirmed content.
Seven building blocks with a button next to Edit: Job profiles, Hiring process, Onboarding program, Sales development and Knowledge transfer each have their own workspace; Meeting structure and Conversation cycle both open the logbook with notes.
Job profiles
Building layer 5 · owner, sales manager, organization administratorIf a building block changes later, the profile is listed under Review after changes. Employee names are not sent to AI.
- Building layer 5 · Organization
Job profiles
Per role, a profile from building blocks already in your SalesDNA. AI turns them into tasks, competencies and result agreements; you accept or adjust.
- Building layer 6 · People
Hiring process
Per vacancy, a board with the phases from your hiring process. Every candidate gets the same questions and the same criteria. Nothing about candidates goes to AI.
- Building layer 6 · People
Onboarding program
Per role, a program for the first 90 days, in five periods. The new colleague follows it through a personal link, without an account.
- Building layer 6 · People · new
Sales development · Coaching
Your team's learning points in a yearly schedule, and a coaching track per person: a conversation prepared with questions from AI, followed by conversation notes.
- Building layer 6 · People · new
Knowledge transfer
How you transfer knowledge when someone leaves, and per departing colleague a handover to tick off: customers, ongoing work, network and the knowledge in their head.
- Building layers 5 and 6 · logbooks
Meeting and conversation notes
The note-taker turns a transcript into a summary, action items, signals and trends. For conversations, coaching tips are added. Search, filters and groups.
Change something early on, and you see it here.
A workspace reads your confirmed SalesDNA. If a building block changes, a profile is marked "possibly outdated". Confirm a new version of a profile and Training program and Hiring process come under Review after changes. What analyses show becomes a learning point in Sales development; with Coaching you follow whether it lands. How the workspaces improve your SalesDNA, you read under analyze and improve.

What is a workspace in SalesDNA?
A workspace is a screen next to Edit in a building block, where you put your confirmed SalesDNA to work. Job profiles, Hiring process, Onboarding program, Sales development (Coaching) and Knowledge transfer each have their own workspace; Meeting structure and Conversation cycle open the logbook with notes. What is finished in a workspace comes back into the building block as confirmed content.
Do I need a workspace to use SalesDNA?
No. You can capture and share your method without opening a workspace. The workspaces come in handy as soon as you want to hire, onboard or coach on your method. Which workspaces are in which subscription is on the pricing page.
What happens when my SalesDNA changes?
A workspace reads your confirmed SalesDNA. If you change a building block, a job profile is marked "possibly outdated" and Training program and Hiring process come under Review after changes. You see old and new side by side and decide for yourself what to take over.
Who sees the data about people in the workspaces?
Only the owner, the sales manager and the HR administrator. A sales manager with a team only sees the people of that team. The organization administrator does not enter the workspaces of the building layer People, and the SalesDNA team never sees candidates, onboarding tracks, coaching tracks, handovers or conversation notes while watching along. The retention periods are listed under privacy & security.
