1. What cookies and local storage are
A cookie is a small text file a website puts in your browser and sends along to the server on every next visit. Local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) works differently: the browser keeps a value on your own device and never sends it to a server. Only pages of the same website can read it. The rules in the Dutch Telecommunications Act apply to both.

That is all. The website itself sets no cookies. The fonts are also on our own server, so no request goes to Google Fonts or any other external network.
3. Statistics without cookies
If statistics are enabled, this website uses Plausible Analytics. Plausible sets no cookies and stores no IP address or other characteristic by which you can be recognized. We see per page how many visits there were, from which country and through which source, and whether someone pressed a button. Not who. Processing takes place within the EU. That is why no consent is needed and there is nothing to "turn off": nothing about you is stored.
4. Why there is no cookie banner
Article 11.7a of the Dutch Telecommunications Act requires consent for placing and reading information in your browser, with two exceptions. Consent is not needed if the storage is technically necessary to deliver a service you asked for, or if it serves only to measure the quality or effectiveness of the service with no or little impact on your privacy. The three values above fall under the first exception: they do what you chose and do not track you. Plausible's statistics fall under the second, and process no personal data either. That is why this website asks no consent and shows no banner.
5. Clearing storage
You can remove the stored values at any time. That has no consequences, except that the site no longer remembers your choice.
- Chrome and Edge: Settings, Privacy and security, Site data, search for salesdna.nl and choose Delete.
- Firefox: Settings, Privacy and security, Cookies and site data, Manage data.
- Safari: Settings, Privacy, Manage website data.
- On your phone: in the browser settings under Privacy or Site data.
You can also block local storage entirely. The website keeps working as usual.
6. Links to other websites
From this website we sometimes link to other sites, such as saleslegends.nl. Once you are there, that site's cookie policy applies. This website itself loads no videos, maps, buttons or scripts from third parties that could set cookies.
7. Changes
If something is added, for example an embedded video, we update this policy and ask for consent if the law requires it. The date at the top shows which version applies.
