Your CRM records what happens. SalesDNA decides what should happen.
SalesDNA does not replace your CRM and does not compete with it. It captures how you sell, so your CRM, your team and your leaders follow the same agreements. Here you read why that works, how the two work together and with which CRMs.
Two systems, two questions.
A CRM answers the question what is happening with this customer. SalesDNA answers the question how we sell. Without the second, everyone fills in the first their own way.
- Records
Your CRM
Customers, contacts, deals, tasks and activities. What happens today, per account manager. The CRM is as good as the agreements inside it.
- Captures the method
SalesDNA
Stages, exit criteria, qualification, account matrix, contact rhythm, win points and KPIs. How you sell, confirmed by the leader and kept alive with a quarterly rhythm.
- Together
Method steers recording
The stages in your CRM are the stages from your SalesDNA. The required fields are your qualification criteria. The tasks follow your contact rhythm. That way the CRM measures what you agreed.
What you capture in SalesDNA becomes an agreement in your CRM.
SalesDNA sets the design, your CRM administrator configures it. Five building blocks that almost always carry over one to one.
- Stages and exit criteria become the pipeline stages, with per stage the condition to move on
- Qualifying with fixed criteria become required fields or a checklist for a new lead
- Account matrix and contact rhythm become tasks and reminders per account class
- Win points become checklists at the right moment in the customer journey
- KPIs per stage become the dashboards you steer the weekly meeting on
Three ways to carry it over
Documents from the template builder
You turn confirmed building blocks into a one-pager or card set and share it with your CRM administrator through a share link, without an account. Works with every CRM.
Data export
Every building block can be exported, so an administrator or integration partner can take stages, criteria and rhythms into the CRM.
Direct connection with DealDrive
DealDrive is the CRM of the Sales Legends Group. SalesDNA publishes playbooks, contact rhythm and win point checklists directly to a connected DealDrive environment, where they appear as a task, script or checklist in the account manager's work.
Works next to every CRM.
SalesDNA needs no integration to have value. These are the CRMs we see most often next to SalesDNA, and what you carry over for each.
HubSpot
Pipeline stages, required properties and task sequences per account class.
Salesforce
Opportunity stages with exit criteria, validation rules and reports per stage.
Pipedrive
Stages with activities per stage, required fields and the contact rhythm as a recurring activity.
Microsoft Dynamics 365
Business process flow from your stages, required fields and dashboards per stage.
Teamleader
Deal stages, tasks per customer segment and the win points as a checklist in the deal stage.
DealDrive
Direct connection: SalesDNA publishes the method, DealDrive executes it every day. Label of the Sales Legends Group.
Using another CRM, such as AFAS, Exact, Zoho or an industry package? The same five building blocks carry over through documents or export.
What SalesDNA deliberately is not.
Not a replacement for your CRM
SalesDNA defines the method. Your CRM does the daily recording and communication with customers.
Not a generic LMS
You capture your training programme in building layer 6, tied to your own method. No catalogue of general sales training.
Not marketing automation
Marketing uses customer journey and win points as input. Running campaigns happens elsewhere.
What you want to know.
Do we have to replace our CRM?
No. SalesDNA works next to the CRM you have. It gives your CRM the agreements it is missing now: which stages, which criteria, which rhythm.
Do we need an integration?
No. Most organizations carry stages, criteria and rhythm over through the one-pager or card set from the template builder. A direct connection exists with DealDrive.
Who configures the CRM?
The leader confirms the method in SalesDNA, the CRM administrator or your implementation partner configures the CRM to match. An action item in the implementation plan keeps track of it.
Does SalesDNA also work without a CRM?
Yes. An organization that has no CRM yet captures the method first and then chooses a CRM that fits. That prevents the package's setup from deciding how you sell.
What if we change stages in SalesDNA?
At the quarterly check you see which building blocks were changed. A changed stage or criterion gives an action item to update the CRM, so both stay in sync.
